Keshia Knight Pulliam is the actress and soon-to-be ex-wife of former NFL player, Ed Hartwell. Her 38-year-old husband is slamming back at the actress following her accusations of wanting to kill their unborn child!

Ed Hartwell told TMZ, Keshia’s claims of his “deep-seated rage and uncontrollable anger” actually apply more to her. Just days ago, Keisha Knight Pulliam –who is known for her childhood role as Rudy Huxtable –said Ed was being abusive in an effort to kill their baby.

The former Cosby Show child actor accused her husband of only 7 months, of having “engaged in an adulterous relationship” and “surreptitiously maintained this adulterous relationship with his paramour, Tonya Jean Carroll.”

Pulliam also said he was unstable and should be stripped of his guns. However, Ed says he’s got no issues, and is more than capable of safely owning weapons. He says Keshia’s claims of his “deep-seated rage and uncontrollable anger” actually apply more to her.

Ed Hartwell was picked in the fourth round of the NFL draft in 2001. The linebacker went on to play for five teams before eventually retiring: Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals, Oakland Raiders. He also played for the United Football League (UFL), drafted Ed in 2010 to play for the Las Vegas Locomotives. He won the UFL champion trophy in 2010 with the Locomotives, and likely would have gone on to more greatness. However, the league shut down in 2012, thus ending his football career.

Keshia’s hubby and baby daddy, used to be married to first wife, TV personality Lisa Wu-Hartwell. The couple tied the knot in late 2005 and produced one son, Ed Jr. born in 2007. Ed appeared on Seasons 1 and 2 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta! The storylines followed Ed and Lisa’s marriage, along with their joint business. By October 2011, they were divorced.

Keshia Knight Pulliam and Hartwell walked down the isle on New Year’s day 2016. About a month ago, she announced the couple was expecting their first child together. Just days later Hartwell filed for divorce.

Keshia Knight Pulliam is the daughter of Denise and James Pulliam, and she is the eldest of four children. She was born April 9, 1979 in Newark, New Jersey.

She debuted as an actress at age three on Sesame Street. Her big break came when she portrayed the adorable Rudy Huxtable from age four to 13. She also played the role of Miranda Payne on the Tyler Perry series House of Payne.

She is currently the host of her podcast, Kandidly Keshia.
